Internal Induction & Welcome kit distribution - MBD Udaan 0007

There was an internal induction program and welcome kit distribution held on 11/1/18. The trainees of batch no 0007 MIS were participated in the same. All the guidelines and rules and regulations of MBD Udaan program were explained to participants. It was the first official program from the training team. The doubts and queries about the UDAAN PROGRAM were answered.

Interview Preparation - Group Discussion Activity

Event: Group Discussion

To train the trainees and make then job ready when they step out into the competitive world, various activities related often conducted during the training period at our institute.

One of the important step of Interview Process is Group Discussion. To prepare our trainees for the same, a GD was conducted.

The topic of Group Discussion was : Joint Family vs Nuclear Family.

Participants enjoyed the activity and participated with full energy.

The winners were also declared. They were: Mr. Rayees from Batch 0007 MIS & Mr. Zamzam from Batch 0007 MIS.

After this activity, every participant was given the proper feedback so that they can prepare better for their actual interview round.

General Awareness CAMP: JOSH

It was a great moment when the “Joy of Sharing Happiness” event was organized to extend one step again towards the social responsibility we hold for our society. 

Faculties and UDAAN trainees visited the nearest BPL area to find out the needs of them and to extend the caring hands and love for the betterment of their community. This time we initiated by spreading the awareness of self hygiene and cleanliness in our day to day life.

The trainees taught the small children about the importance of self grooming which is actually missing in these areas. The trainees had also organized some activities such as singing, poem reciting, games to make those children feel comfortable to move with.

The main motive was to bring the sense of responsibility that we hold towards our society.

Then we distributed old/ unused clothes, stationary, sweets etc. It was a very small gesture to share some happiness, care and love towards the needy.  We pray to God for the support so that we can continue this in future also.

Republic Day Celebrations

EVENT: REPUBLIC DAY

DATE: JAN 26 , 2018

Though everyone likes to enjoy Republic Day holiday, but it was a different scenario at our campus. The Trainees of UDAAN decided to celebrate the SPIRIT OF PATRIOTISM with full pump and show. They organized a small cultural event.

The celebrations started with the Flag Hoisting ceremony followed with the National Anthem.

After this the cultural event started where trainees did a speech on Republic day, sung patriotic songs, shayari, games, etc. The trainers also congratulated everyone on this day and everyone pledged to be a SINCERE CITIZEN OF INDIA.

Chart Making Competition

Event Date: Jan 25, 2018

To make trainees comfortable and give them a break from their regular training routines, recreational activities are organized every week. As it was a Republic Day celebrations week, a poster making activity was organized. The trainees were allowed to prepare on any topic related to India, Its achievements, Social Issues, How to handle them etc. They came up with the beautiful creations. Their thought process and ideas were really appreciable. It was very difficult to choose a single winner. So the prize was given based on two categories:

Winner Based on Concept: Mr Syed Suhail Hussain

Winner Based on Creativity: Mr. Zamzam Rashid, Mr Chahat Ahmad

The winners were awarded with prizes.

After a rigorous training schedule, with classes related to Computer Skill Enhancement, Business Communication, Retail and Personality Development, students of MBD UDAAN all set to go for their campus placement drive.
Brimming with energy and confidence, all students dressed in Formals were ready to face their Personal Interview on Saturday 16th December 2017.
